Welcome to this page on Patsy Cline songs. Below are three tutorials I have so far on this artist.
There are many great tunes by this artist including other Patsy Cline love songs and I will likely be doing
more of them in the future.
1.Crazy | 2.I Fall To Pieces | 3.Walkin After Midnight
1. Crazy
This was a song that
Willie Nelson wrote in 1961 and Patsy Cline recorded in 1962, but actually
hated the song when she heard Wille's demo of it. It went on to peak at #2 on the country charts.
Willie pitched the song to Cline's husband at the time as
Patsy Cline was already a star and Willie
was still a virtual unknown singer, but was gaining a reputation as a song-writer.

2. I Fall To Pieces
I Fall To Pieces was found by accident for Cline, who overheard an argument between two men, one
a producer and the other a country singer who did not want to record I Fall To Pieces.
When Cline stepped in to break up the argument, she asked to record the song. The recording didn't go smoothly
but it ended up getting done in the format we know today, against Clines initial intuition.

3. Walkin After Midnight
This song was not a #1 hit for
Patsy Cline but it was her first major hit when it peaked at #2
back in 1957. She performed the song on a talent show and received the most applause and won the
contest.
Clines record label rushed a release and the rest is history. Cline also wasn't too fond of
the song initially, but eventually recorded it.
