Welcome to my page on how to play Nobody From Nowhere by Jimmy Buffett. There is also a free tab in the right menu.
This song "Nobody From Nowhere" hails from the 2009 album entitled "Buffett Hotel". However, this track has not been
released as a single, but the song makes a good opening song when Buffett takes the stage.
In fact when you watch the video in the right hand menu you'll see Buffett used the song at this live
event as his intro song. The song only has a few chords and hangs out in A for most of the time.
How To Play Nobody From Nowhere by Jimmy Buffett Kirby Style
The chords you'll need here is the A chord, 2 variations which I'll explain in a moment, D, Dsus and an Em.
You'll also need a Dbm, a Bm and an E7.
I'm playing the A chord with my index finger across the bottom four on the 2nd (but playing the bottom E string).
Then you can hammer on the B string on the 3rd and at the same time the D string on the 4th. Now slide both the
baby finger and the ring finger up to the 5th and play the A, G and bottom E open.

How To Play Rhythm For Nobody From Nowhere
You can start this song by playing two notes on the D string at the 2nd and 4th fret and then launch into the A
chord as described above.
I'm using a steady up and down but if you listen there is an emphasis you want to use
as you move thru the sequence.
Near the end of the song when you cycle thru the Em on the 2nd pass you'll want to chop up the pattern slightly.
