In this article I'd like to explain how to play Forever Young by Bob Dylan on the acoustic and give you a free demo and a free tab on the song.
Bob Dylan had an eight year layoff in the late 60's and early 70's and it was during this time he wrote the song Forever Young. The track was put
on his first album since his layoff called "Planet Waves". The song Forever Young was never released as a single.
Rod Stewart wrote a song with the same title and very similar to Dylans in 1988.
So close in fact that he agreed to share song royalties with Mr. D.
Just as a side note before I get into explaining this song ... as popular as Bob Dylan is in the music world, he's never had a #1 hit song. Even the four singles
released with The Traveling Wilburys, the closest he got was a few #2's. Ok, on with Forever Young.
